Caron Vetter is Director of Karma House. Caron completed her training in Paramedical Tattooing in the United States and has spent over 20 years working through both the NHS and private clinics as a support for surgeons. As one of the first in the UK to specialise in areola restoration for those who need reconstructive surgery following breast cancer, Caron has a wealth of experience dealing with even the most vulnerable of patients. Caron has since broadened her expertise to include a range of procedures including semi- permanent eyeliner, lip liner and eyebrows.
Caron’s expertise is not just with the physical aesthetic; she can also help patients with the emotional side of having treatment, and can be a calming influence on both patients and staff. This helps to keep everyone motivated towards their final goal of helping you to achieve the look you deserve.

Practice & HR Manager
Bethany is the Practice & HR Manager at Karma House and ensures the smooth running of the day-to-day clinic. She oversees all administrative duties and supports the Director providing an efficient secretarial service. She carries out all marketing activity and advertising support. Bethany works to achieve 100% client satisfaction. At front of house she works hard to deliver top standard customer service, gaining trust and loyalty from our clients, always welcoming them with a wide smile. She is CIPD qualified and holds an NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Customer Service and Business Skills.
Adrian is the clinics Aesthetic Nurse, specialising in appearance based medicine offering non-surgical cosmetic treatments and professional skincare advice. Adrian successfully gained his Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification at the De Montfort University to enable him to prescribe medications required within aesthetics.
Adrian qualified from the University of Bedfordshire and developed his nursing skills within the primary care setting. Adrian then moved on from this and has been practicing in aesthetic medicine since 2010. He holds a strong passion for professionalism and safety within all practices and since entering the industry has been awarded ‘Aesthetic Nurse of the Year’ by The British Journal of Nursing in 2014.
Not only this but Adrian acted as Board Member for the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) from 2014-2017. He is the Co-Author of the Royal Collage of Nursing (RCN) accredited ‘BACN Aesthetic Nursing Competency Framework’, created to assist nurses to develop their skills and careers within aesthetics in the UK. His thesis on acne management was published within the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing.
Ruth Wright is the Head Laseographer at Karma House. She ensures that every patient receives the same high standard of care and support, through every stage of the procedure and after care. Ruth is an expert in laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation.
With over 30 years of experience in both the teaching and practice of holistic therapies, Ruth takes pride in her caring approach to her patients’ needs. Although Ruth is proficient in a wide range of therapies, her specialisation is laser hair removal for both men and women.
Dr Mark Tam is a highly accredited Hair Transplant Doctor and joins the team at Karma House providing the skilful procedure of Hair Restoration. After obtaining his Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Southampton he then went on to a renowned medical academy within the US specialising in Hair Transplantation.
Not only is he an award-winning hair transplant doctor, Dr Tam is also a published author and has recently achieved a qualification appointing him a Diplomat of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery, only one of very few in the UK to hold this title.
Dr Tam finds the artistic elements and intricate details of hair transplantation highly rewarding and aims to create a natural appearance for all of his patients.
Elyssa has been working within the beauty industry for over 10 years and now utilizes her knowledge and expertise in advanced aesthetics. Providing treatments such as CACI Non-Surgical Facelift, Hydropeptide Facial, Microdermabrasion and Laser Hair Removal Elyssa is also be our Makeup Specialist offering mineral makeup taster sessions and colour matching. Elyssa studied Health and Beauty over 12 years ago and for the past 10 years has successfully been providing treatments to a large client base.
After working as Assistant Manager at a beauty salon in Mansfield, Elyssa set up her own business expanding her services. Elyssa then decided to take time away from her business to bring up her three beautiful children. Returning to the beauty industry back in 2013, Elyssa continues to expand and develop her skills and now joins the team at Karma House working in Advanced Aesthetics.
Julie Halford is a qualified Nurse and specialises in Sclerotherapy, a treatment that treats veins to the legs. Julie has been practising in Sclerotherapy for over 19 years now and holds clinics in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire. Julie is also involved in training staff throughout the UK and is also a specialist adviser on Sclerotherapy. Julie is a member of the board of The British Association of Sclerotherapists.
